Part-Time: $90-120 hourly

Full-Time: up to $150,000

Schedule: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM 8:00AM - 4:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to help children, especially high school students, reach their fullest communication potential. This part-time position is perfect for therapists who enjoy evidence-based practice, family collaboration, and creative intervention planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and swallowing disorders in pediatric patients.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans based on assessment results and patient needs.
• Implement therapy techniques to improve communication skills and confidence.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and healthcare professionals to support patient care and educational goals. Provide early intervention services for children with speech and language delays.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
• Educate families on strategies to support communication development at home.
• Stay current with research and best practices in speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

• Virginia license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP).
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy related to speech and swallowing.
• Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in school or clinic settings.
• Familiarity with intervention strategies for young teens.
