Happy Hall School is seeking a Full-Time Preschool Teacher.

JOB OVERVIEW

Happy Hall Schools is hiring passionate educators to join our team across multiple roles, including Lead Toddler Teacher , Toddler Teacher, and Preschool Teacher . These positions play a vital role in creating a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children.

Candidates may support a Lead Teacher or take on a leadership role within the classroom. All team members are expected to foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that supports children’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Child Supervision & Care

• Ensure the safety, supervision, and well-being of all children at all times
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes development and exploration

Curriculum & Activity Implementation

• Lead Teachers: Plan, implement, and adapt curriculum to meet developmental needs of children
• Teachers: Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities under the direction of the Lead Teacher
• Engage children in meaningful learning experiences that spark curiosity and creativity

Educational Support

• Support children’s learning and development through guided activities
• Observe, assess, and communicate children’s progress (Lead Teachers take primary responsibility)

Classroom Management & Maintenance

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment
• Manage materials, supplies, and daily classroom routines
• Oversee classroom structure, transitions, and daily schedule

Family & Community Engagement

• Build respectful and professional relationships with families
• Support communication with parents regarding children’s progress and needs
• Participate in conferences, events, and school activities as needed

Please note that this list of responsibilities is not exhaustive, but highlights the key tasks associated with this role. Additional duties may be required in line with the needs of the business and as directed by the Lead Teacher and management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or high school graduate
• Must have 6 ECE units and enrolled/taking 6 additional units for a total of 12 units
• Toddler Teachers must have 3 infant/toddler units complete
• Experience and interest in working with children
• Being reliable and consistently punctual is a necessity

• Proof of Immunizations and TB Test
