The Client Care Technician will be responsible for work on high end custom homes in the greater Boston area.

In business 20 years, our client is a very high-end, luxury custom home builder. They are an organization that works across large, small, city, and suburban construction and delivers personal detail required by the home owner for a fully custom experience.

Description

Client Care Technician

• Provide exceptional client support during construction projects.
• Coordinate with the construction team to address client inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client interactions.
• Assist in scheduling and managing project timelines to meet client expectations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on-site.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues to enhance client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery.

Profile

A successful Client Care Tech should have:

• Experience with client support in a construction or property-related setting.
