On-Site Call Center Representative

Now Hiring: Onsite Call Center Representative Experience is required*  We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for managing revenue collection for unpaid tolls and maintaining customer accounts. This is a dynamic position that requires a mix of data entry, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Toll Data: Identify and approve vehicle images using our computer database, working through high volumes of transactions daily.

• Manage Customer Correspondence: Handle incoming mail, emails, and faxes, updating customer accounts and responding to requests for information or assistance.

• Resolve Customer Issues: Process customer appeals and provide information and solutions to common problems.

• Provide Phone Support: Answer incoming calls from customers, addressing questions about accounts, invoices, and payments. You'll also provide technical assistance for our online and mobile app services.

• Handle Payments: Process and document payments from customers over the phone and for walk-in clients.

• General Duties: Place outgoing calls, assist walk-in customers, and cross-train with other departments to support overall business operations.

Details:

• Pay: $19 per hour

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

• Location: Harrisburg PA, 17111
• 100 % in office

Qualifications:

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to handle high-volume data entry and phone calls.

• Proficiency with computer databases and basic office software.

• Experience in a customer service or data processing environment.
