A medical facility outside Salina, Kansas is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join its rehabilitation team! New graduates are encouraged to apply. 

Pay: $37.00 - $47.00 / hourly (based on experience) 

Physical Therapist Opportunity:  

• Full-time, permanent position 
  
• Outpatient setting 
  
• Day shift; Monday through Friday schedule 
  
• $10,000 sign-on bonus

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:  

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals 
  
• Implement and modify treatment programs according to patient progress and response to therapy 
  
• Maintain accurate progress notes, documentation, and treatment records 
  
• Ensure patient confidentiality while providing high-quality rehabilitative care 
  

Physical Therapist Qualifications:  

• Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist in Kansas or eligible to obtain licensure prior to hire 
  
• Orthopedic experience preferred 
  
• Strong communication and patient care skills
