Prepare clear, accurate quotes and explain the benefits of different policy options. Resolve client questions with patience and clarity to ensure peace of mind. Collaborate with the broader team to maintain our reputation for reliability and honest advice. Requirements Current Connecticut Property & Casualty Insurance License. Three or more years of professional experience in insurance sales or account management. Strong grasp of policy structures and coverage options. Ability to clearly explain complex insurance concepts to diverse audiences. Comfort using industry-standard agency management software.
