Pay & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (pay package discussed upon application)
• Annual Compensation: $312,000 – $438,000
• Additional Compensation: Medical Director stipend of $25,000 for leadership role

What You’ll Do

• Manage labor, delivery, and postpartum care for approximately 1,200 births annually
• Perform OB and GYN triage, surgeries, and inpatient consults
• Respond to obstetric and gynecologic emergencies
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including maternal-fetal medicine and NICU support from Stanford University
• Assist with inpatient obstetric care, ensuring high-quality outcomes and patient satisfaction
• Contribute to program development by helping define workflows and clinical protocols

What You Need

• Valid medical license in California
• Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• 5+ years of clinical experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and team collaboration skills
