Position Summary
This position is responsible for operating and monitoring industrial production machinery while maintaining safety, quality, and production standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor industrial production machinery
- Follow production specifications, work instructions, and operating procedures
- Monitor machine performance and production processes
- Perform routine machine and equipment checks
- Inspect materials and finished products for quality
- Make basic machine or operating adjustments when needed
- Identify and report equipment or production issues
- Complete production records and required documentation
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
- Manufacturing or industrial production experience preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with industrial machinery
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to safety and quality
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Bilingual candidates or Spanish speakers
