Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor / Licensed Clinical Social Worker Job Category : Behavioral Health / Social Work Requisition Number : LICEN001125 Full-Time Locations Showing 1 location Manchester, NH 03104, USA Description Catholic Charities NH is a statewide non‑profit organization providing mental health service both in person and via telehealth through the TherapyNotes platform. We are seeking a full‑time licensed counselor to join our team of dedicated professionals in our Manchester district office location. We provide psychotherapy services to individuals, couples and families, and other outreach services. Our clients come from all faiths and every walk of life, and we are committed to serving every client with compassion and respect. A full‑time practice can be established within 3‑6 months. Essential job responsibilities Deliver evidence‑based, culturally responsive therapy (CBT, ACT, trauma‑informed care, etc.) in a timely, professional, and ethical manner, including diagnosing, treatment planning, and the application of research‑approved interventions. Conduct clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation within 24 hours. Maintain an active caseload of 25 clinical hours/week in the Manchester District office location. Participate in the creation and execution of psychoeducation sessions, media content, or support groups as well as participate in team meetings, clinical supervision, and professional development opportunities. Share in performing intake/screening duties as delegated by the Director of Clinical Services. Respond to community crisis needs and clients in need of 24/7 emergency coverage. Network with community resources including human service organizations, schools, clergy and local (Catholic) deanery parishes as directed by the Director of Mental Health Services. Job Requirements Master's degree in Social Work or Clinical Mental Health Counseling from an accredited educational program. Fully licensed by the New Hampshire Board of Psychology and Mental Health practices. Minimum 2 year work experience in the field of social services.
