Description Automotive Service Manager Mahalak Auto Group is seeking an experienced, results-driven Automotive Service Manager to lead our Posner Park Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT Service Department and deliver an exceptional customer experience. As the Automotive Service Manager, you will oversee daily service operations, manage and develop a team of technicians, and ensure efficiency, profitability, and outstanding customer satisfaction. Requirements Requirements Proven experience in Automotive Service Management Strong working knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and hold teams accountable Exceptional customer service mindset and communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with automotive service software; Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and efficiency Valid driver’s license #J-18808-Ljbffr Posner Park Chrysler
