Senior Analyst Infrastructure

Position Title: Senior Analyst, InfrastructurePosition SummaryThe Senior Analyst Infrastructure supports the Infrastructure Properties and Development team’s efforts to manage real estate and develop and execute capital projects and strategic initiatives. This role gains valuable insight to the breadth of JetBlue’s involvement in infrastructure, from budgeting and airport authority relationships to capital project delivery and facility management. The Senior Analyst works in a project-oriented environment and engages in broad analyses including effective end-to-end project management of strategic real estate initiatives and capital projects. Essential ResponsibilitiesManage capital projects in our terminals and support facilities to upgrade and maintain airline infrastructure in a state of good repairInterface with architects, construction managers and internal stakeholders to review designs, constructability, and construction logistics to minimize operational impactsManage and monitor progress against project scope, schedule, and budgetManage rent and landing fee budgets for airportsInterface with airports authorities on budgets, space acquisitions or returns, project approvals, and other issuesInterface with user groups, JetBlue senior leaders, designers and contractors to ensure proper communication and governance over decision-makingRecommend solutions to senior management for the resolution of critical issues.Ensure project activities follow established requirements and adhere to all relevant standards, guidelines, codes, regulations, policies, and proceduresEnsure that safety and quality are an integral part of project operations.Other duties as assignedMinimum Experience and QualificationsBachelor's Degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, urban planning, business, real estate or other related field OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous relevant work experienceThree (3) years of construction, capital program management, facility management, real estate development, project management experience, facility planning, or other related experienceProficient in Microsoft Office suite with extensive Excel experienceAbility to read and provide basic commentary on office and airport floor plansExcellent communications and people skillsStrong negotiation skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong presentation and analytical skillsAble to collaborate with and influence internal and external stakeholdersAvailable for frequent overnight travel (25%)In possession of valid travel documents with the ability to travel in and out of the United StatesMust pass a pre-employment drug testMust be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is locatedAuthorization to work in the US is required. (Sedentary)Compensation: The base pay range for this position is between $88,000.00 and $132,000.00 per year.
