Seeking a Physical Therapist to join multidisciplinary rehabilitation teams across acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient settings in Ocala and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, function, strength, and independence.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, Speech Therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises.
• Support quality patient care and rehabilitation outcomes.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent.
• Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
