Donor Growth Lead, Individual Giving (Remote)

KickStart International is seeking a Development Manager to lead its individual giving program. This remote role covers prospect research, donor cultivation and stewardship, and management of the donor database and recurring giving efforts.

You will work with leadership to deepen relationships with current supporters, build a pipeline of new donors, and coordinate donor engagement activities and events, including house parties and donor trips.
