The role leads and supervises maintenance personnel during day-to-day operations and breakdown events, ensuring safe, efficient, and disciplined execution of work. It supports equipment availability and reliability while maintaining full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.Main ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead a team of 4–6 maintenance technicians during daily operations, breakdowns, and scheduled work.Assign, prioritize, and monitor maintenance activities to ensure timely and effective execution.Direct troubleshooting and failure analysis to restore equipment operation.Coordinate maintenance activities with production and external service providers.Ensure accurate work orders and equipment history in CMMS systems.Support reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure compliance with HSE standards and safe work practices; report and support incident investigations.Skills and QualificationsExperience supervising maintenance teams (2+ people) in industrial manufacturing, with direct responsibility for daily work executionStrong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting capability in industrial equipmentHands-on experience coordinating corrective maintenance and managing breakdown responseExperience using CMMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) for work orders and reportingWorking knowledge of HSE requirements and safe work practices in industrial environmentsTechnical degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Electromechanical fields preferredAbility to work in industrial conditions, including climbing, lifting, and rotating 12-hour shifts (day/night)If your experience and knowledge match our requirements, please applyTenaris is an equal opportunity employer, valuing diversity in employment.We thank all candidates for their interest, however, only those that match the criteria required for the desired profile will be contacted.Visit our Careers PageFollow us on LinkedInFollow us on GlassdoorLike us on FacebookFollow us on Instagram
