Description
Duration is initially 6 months and success will likely to extend and expand the team.
The Deployment Readiness Engineering (DRE) team is seeking a Systems Validation Engineer to support DGX Cloud deployment readiness initiatives. This role focuses on reviewing, analyzing, and validating large-scale infrastructure and cluster validation logs to ensure customer environments meet DGX Cloud deployment requirements.
The successful candidate will serve as a critical quality gate between infrastructure deployment and production handoff, providing validation signoff for DGX Cloud offtake environments operated by our client's partners.. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to leverage AI-assisted tools and automation frameworks to efficiently process high volumes of system validation data.
Key Responsibilities
Validation and Log Analysis
• Review and analyze large volumes of system, infrastructure, and cluster validation logs.
• Determine pass/fail status of validation test results against established DGX Cloud requirements.
• Identify anomalies, configuration issues, and validation failures within customer cluster environments.
• Document findings and provide clear recommendations for remediation when validation criteria are not met.
• Generate validation signoff reports for qualified deployments.
Deployment Readiness Support
• Validate deployment readiness of DGX Cloud offtake customer environments.
• Ensure cluster configurations meet predefined technical standards and deployment requirements.
• Support final handoff and acceptance processes for DGX Cloud deployments.
• Collaborate with deployment and engineering teams to address validation concerns.
AI-Assisted Validation Operations
• Utilize AI-powered tools, automation frameworks, and validation harnesses to improve review efficiency.
• Apply structured analysis methodologies to accelerate identification of validation issues.
• Provide feedback on automation opportunities and process improvements.
• Participate in the ongoing refinement of validation workflows and tooling.
Issue Escalation and Resolution
• Escalate complex technical findings to designated engineering leadership.
• Work closely with Deployment Readiness Engineering subject matter experts to troubleshoot validation failures.
• Track and communicate issues discovered during log reviews.
• Support root cause analysis activities when recurring issues are identified.
Process Improvement
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of validation review procedures.
• Help establish best practices for large-scale log analysis.
• Support continuous improvement efforts focused on reducing deployment delays and operational inefficiencies.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
**Remote work and EST candidates highly preferred since they will work with EMEA and APAC on a consistent basis.
• 3+ years of experience in systems administration, infrastructure validation, systems engineering, technical operations, or related roles.
• Experience reviewing and analyzing system, application, or infrastructure logs.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and validation procedures.
• Experience working in Linux-based environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with AI, machine learning, GPU infrastructure, or high-performance computing (HPC) environments.
• Familiarity with DGX systems, large-scale cluster deployments, or cloud infrastructure.
• Experience supporting data center, cloud, or enterprise infrastructure deployments.
• Knowledge of automation and scripting tools.
• Experience working with NVIDIA technologies or cloud partner ecosystems.
• Familiarity with validation testing methodologies and operational readiness reviews.

This is a Contract position based out of Santa Clara, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
