Physical Therapist (Allied)
Immediate need for a talented Physical Therapist (Allied). This is a 13-week contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Hugo, Co (Onsite).
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy services in outpatient, acute care, and home health settings.
- Treat patients recovering from surgery, injuries, and medical conditions.
- Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams.
- Travel between area facilities and patient homes as needed.
- MondayFriday schedule.
- No on-call requirement.
- Local and travel candidates accepted.
- Fast interview and offer process.
- 40 hours expected per week
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Active Physical Therapist license.
- Strong outpatient therapy experience required.
- Acute care experience preferred.
- Home health experience preferred.
- Experience with post-operative rehabilitation.
- Experience treating sports injuries and geriatric patients.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
