- Drive clinical excellence by overseeing unit staffing and ensuring every patient receives high-quality, population-appropriate care.
- Empower and mentor nursing and support staff through active leadership, professional education, and constructive performance feedback.
- Optimize daily operations by strategically managing patient assignments based on real-time clinical needs and staff expertise.
- Champion patient advocacy by proactively identifying barriers to care and resolving concerns through professional management channels.
- Influence the future of the healthcare team by contributing to the hiring, training, and long-term development of clinical personnel.
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- One or more of the following required:
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
- Candidates must possess direct interventional radiology experience to be considered for this role.
