Junior Data Analyst

Silvi Materials is hiring a Junior Data Analyst for a fully on-site role in Fairless Hills, PA . In this position, you will work with raw data across multiple sources to extract, cleanse, migrate, validate, and organize it so business intelligence and reporting can run accurately and reliably. The work includes building trustworthy datasets through database maintenance and validation, supporting analytics with statistical methods and visualization, and coordinating with technical and functional stakeholders to keep data activities aligned with business objectives. What you’ll do Clean, interpret, organize, and validate data to maintain accuracy and consistency across multiple sources. Use SQL and/or Python to query, extract, and maintain databases that support reporting and analysis. Spot and resolve data inconsistencies or missing information; communicate validation activities and monitor data quality, coordinating remediation plans when needed. Perform data analyses using statistical techniques and data visualization tools . Identify patterns, trends, and correlations within datasets to support informed decision-making. Create and update dashboards, charts, and reports that communicate findings. Develop detailed documentation for data processes and flows, including decisions and configurations, to support compliance and training needs. Collaborate with technical and functional stakeholders to ensure data work supports business goals; translate technical terminology and processes for broader alignment. Manage deliverables according to project plans. Contribute to the development and review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) so data practices meet organizational standards and requirements. Support the development of a complete data lake and/or data warehouse solution. Help drive continuous improvement of data quality and data management processes. Key requirements 3 years of experience in data analytics (required). Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems , Computer Science , Mathematics , Statistics , Business Administration , Engineering , or a related field (required). Proficiency in SQL and Excel (required), with experience in Python or R preferred. Knowledge of InterBase scripting is a plus. Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues and analyze data to guide decision-making. Understanding of visualization tools such as Power BI . Experience supporting complex system implementations or upgrades is a plus. Ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, time management, and attention to detail. Experience with ITSM systems like DevOps or Jira is a plus. Experience with data warehouses and/or data lakes is a plus. Knowledge and use of the Microsoft Office Suite is required. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
