Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Bilingual Director at KC Pallets Inc., located in Crystal Lake, IL. The Bilingual Director will manage and oversee daily operations, coordinate logistics, and lead a team to ensure maximum efficiency. Responsibilities include developing and implementing operational plans, fostering strong relationships with clients, and leveraging bilingual communication skills to manage diverse teams and connect with stakeholders effectively. The role will also entail ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
