Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients' emotional and psychological well-being, using evidence-based tools. \n
- Design and implement personalized treatment plans that address individual client needs, goals, and preferences, ensuring measurable outcomes. \n
- Facilitate therapeutic interventions through various modalities including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, tailored to the diverse needs of your clients. \n
- Monitor client progress with regular check-ins, documentation, and adjustments to treatment plans in accordance with their evolving situations. \n
- Provide immediate crisis intervention to clients facing urgent emotional challenges, using de-escalation techniques and supportive counseling. \n
- Maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation of client records in compliance with legal and ethical requirements, using our electronic health record (EHR) system. \n
- Collaborate with an integrated team of healthcare providers to develop comprehensive strategies that support clients’ holistic health. \n
- Engage in continuous professional development and training to enhance clinical skills, keeping abreast of the latest trends and practices in mental health therapy. \n
- Uphold the ethical and professional standards set by relevant licensing bodies throughout your practice. \n
You will serve a diverse population of clients who present with various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and relationship difficulties. Your role not only supports these individuals in their journey to recovery but also strengthens community ties by offering invaluable mental health resources to those in need.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or similar field is required. \n
- Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW). \n
- Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with a depth of understanding in various therapeutic modalities. \n
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities that foster trust and rapport with clients. \n
- Strong commitment to client welfare and a compassionate approach to therapy. \n
- A capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team dynamic. \n
- A thorough understanding of ethical guidelines and applicable laws in mental health practice. \n

- A minimum of three years of proven experience in mental health counseling or a related field is mandatory. \n
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms is highly desirable. \n
- Previous experience in crisis intervention and management is a plus. \n
