Chinese Speaking Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate full time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient clinic in Brooklyn, NY. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality healthcare services to primarily Chinese-speaking patients, ensuring they receive the best possible care in their preferred language. The role involves coordinating and supporting participants' functional, clinical, and psychosocial needs, prioritizing independence and wellness.

Responsibilities include collaborating with a large, multidisciplinary team to develop person-centered goals, communicating changes in participants' conditions, and facilitating primary care and preventive services.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $155,000 - $175,000 plus 20% performance onus
• Full benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, CME allowance and PTO

Position Highlights:

• Full-time schedule Monday - Friday - No nights or weekends.
• Small patient panels for personalized care (4-5 patients per day in the field, 7-10 per day in the clinic).
• Comprehensive primary care with a focus on continuity and proactive management.

Requirements:

• Bilingual in Chinese-Cantonese
• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in New York.
• Board Certification required (ANCC, AANP for NPs; NCCPA for PAs or equivalent)Minimum of 2 years of primary care experience required.
• Experience or strong interest in geriatrics preferred.
• Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
