• Oversight of medical assistants
• Clinical workflow optimization and patient throughput
• Quality metrics and value-based care initiatives
• Regulatory compliance and audit readiness
• Team culture and performance management

Qualifications:
• 5+ years clinical experience
• Prior leadership experience preferred
• Outpatient or primary care experience preferred
