Cook full time

Encore Village of Schaumburg is currently hiring for a full time Cook position. Responsible for food preparation utilizing standardized recipes and production worksheets; assisting with set-up, service and cleanup of food production; and adherence to cleaning, safety and sanitation standards. In coordination with Chef/Production Manager, develop new menu items and recipes. Inform Chef/Production Manager of inventory requirements in a timely fashion. Maintain confidentiality of all pertinent resident information to assure residents' rights and employee confidentiality are protected. Experience in working in restaurants a plus. Minimum of 6 months professional cooking experience preferred.
