This role plays a key part in supporting customer satisfaction, operational reliability, and the timely distribution of perishable products throughout the assigned delivery region.What You’ll DoSafely operate a refrigerated box truck to complete daily delivery routesEnsure timely and accurate delivery of fresh flowers and floral products to customersMaintain a clean, organized, and safe delivery vehicle and work environmentBuild positive relationships with customers through professional communication and serviceUtilize maps, GPS, and routing information to maximize delivery efficiencyLoad, unload, and transport products safely while maintaining product quality standardsSupport warehouse operations and product handling activities as neededFollow all company policies, safety standards, and DOT regulationsWork Environment & Physical RequirementsThis role requires working in warehouse, cooler, and delivery environments, including temperatures around 34°F. Employees regularly use equipment such as pallet jacks, RF scanners, and box cutters.This position requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb in and out of a truck, and lift or move up to 60 pounds regularly, with or without reasonable accommodation.Compensation & Benefits (What’s in it for you)The expected salary range for this position is listed above.
