Summary The Store Manager leads the Woodbury Common store, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and overseeing daily operations. This role requires inspiring leadership to coach and develop the sales team, strong communication skills, and a focus on cultivating the client base. The manager ensures the selling environment reflects the Maison's standards for luxury and excellence. Responsibilities Manage the selling environment, floor assignments, and ensure impeccable customer service. Maximize staff sales performance through product education, coaching, and reviewing transaction statistics. Support Sales Professionals to achieve goals by monitoring suggestive selling and providing feedback. Enforce company policies, procedures, and operational directives consistently. Develop and execute plans for thank you note compliance and telephone/email outreach; supervise communication content. Lead by example to maintain a respectful selling environment and role model company values. Requirements Minimum 5+ years of selling and management experience in a luxury retail environment.
