Client Service Liaison

Job Description

American Medical Administrators LTC, a leading provider of long-term healthcare solutions, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Service Liaison to join our team. As a remote position, this role requires a strong work ethic and ability to work independently. Responsibilities and Duties:

Oversight of SNF Medicaid pending process from inception to vendor approval
Audit facility efforts, provide ongoing education and assistance to facilities
Track and oversee DA124 submissions, corrections, and approvals
Manage care authorizations to request skilled authorization as needed and submitting follow-up documentation to insurance

Requirements:

Experience with Missouri Medicaid, Kansas is preferred
Experience in a Business office is ideal
Working knowledge of managed care authorizations
