Associate Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Defense Associate to join a collaborative defense practice handling a variety of complex matters, including toxic tort/product liability, trucking/transportation, and premises liability. This opportunity is open to new California Bar admittees and attorneys with up to 5 years of experience. Responsibilities Defend clients in civil litigation matters from inception through resolution. Handle matters involving toxic tort and product liability. Support litigation involving trucking and transportation claims. Defend premises liability matters. Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties. Work independently while collaborating with attorneys and support staff. Manage assigned matters, deadlines, and case responsibilities effectively. Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active membership in the California State Bar. Open to new admittees through attorneys with up to 5 years of experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Interest or experience in civil defense litigation preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
