As a Registered Nurse (RN) on our team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of everyone we touch. About the Role: Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for delivering compassionate and individualized care to our residents Provide hands-on nursing care to residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and updating medical records Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, including medication administration and treatment plans Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall care experience for our residents Responsibilities: Conduct initial assessments of new residents, develop care plans, and implement interventions as needed Provide direct patient care, including wound care, ostomy care, and vital sign monitoring Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure a positive and supportive environment Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency situations as needed Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines at all times Requirements: Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of Missouri.
