Well-established commercial plumbing company in NYC Metro area seeks experienced people. Benefits offered.
Responsibilities:
- Assist mechanics and foremen in the installation and maintenance of plumbing and fire sprinkler systems.
- Carry out tasks assigned by the supervisor to ensure project progress.
- Learn and apply basic plumbing skills under the guidance of experienced team members.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.
- Operate hand and power tools as directed.
- Assist with material handling and inventory management.
- Support the team in meeting project deadlines.
Requirements:
- Willingness to learn and develop plumbing skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may involve heavy lifting and long hours.
- Basic understanding of construction and plumbing concepts is a plus.
- OSHA certification is required.
- References will be checked.
