**Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) **
At Suma Home Care , we understand the importance of family and the challenges that come with managing care plans for loved ones. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) , you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional home healthcare services to our clients in Glenolden, Pennsylvania .
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN at Suma Home Care , you will provide skilled nursing care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:
• Administering medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
• Conducting vital signs, monitoring health status, and reporting changes to healthcare teams
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans in partnership with clients and families
• Educating clients and families on disease management, self-care techniques, and medication regimes
• Maintaining accurate records and communicating with healthcare teams and families

Requirements:
• Current LPN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
