Builders FirstSource is looking for a Field Services Representative to serve as a trusted partner to our customers by helping resolve product and construction service concerns on-site. We provide on-the-job training and support to help you succeed.What You'll DoAs a Field Services Representative, you'll play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by ensuring quality workmanship and product performance throughout the construction process.Responsibilities include:Visiting customer job sites to inspect building products and workmanship at various stages of construction.Investigating customer concerns and identifying effective solutions to service and product issues.Recommending repairs or replacements based on company guidelines, quality standards, and cost-effective practices.Coordinating with and approving third-party repair providers when needed.Inspecting completed repairs to ensure quality expectations are met.Managing your schedule and workload to meet daily, weekly, and project-related goals.What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.A positive attitude and willingness to learn.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. In addition to the base wage listed, team members are also eligible to earn an additional incentive subject to changes in plan design and documents and in accordance with applicable law. Eligibility and the amount of the incentive varies based on the terms and conditions of the locations' active incentive plan for the respective year.
