General Production Worker

What You’ll Do:

• Make and package salads using machines and recipes

• Run and monitor production equipment to keep things moving smoothly

• Weigh, label, and package products correctly

• Check products for quality and remove anything that doesn’t meet standards

• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas after production

What You Need:

• Experience in general labor or production work

• Ability to use basic machines and follow instructions

• Attention to detail for quality and food safety

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable and able to work flexible hours

Work Conditions:

• Cold and wet environment (around 45°F) to keep food fresh

• Mix of production, packaging, and cleaning work

• Must follow strict cleanliness and safety rules

Schedule:

• Multiple shifts available (morning, afternoon, overnight)

• Shifts may end when production is finished

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Albert Lea, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.40/hr.
