Senior Manager, Marketing Solutions for B2B Enterprise

Labcorp seeks a Senior Manager, Marketing Solutions for B2B Enterprise to develop portfolio positioning, create clinical narratives, and enable sales strategies for diagnostics products. The role combines traditional marketing strategy with AI-enhanced workflows to drive customer engagement and commercial impact across healthcare audiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop portfolio positioning, value propositions, and sales enablement strategies for diagnostics products
- Create evidence-based messaging and narratives translating technical complexity for internal and external audiences
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to refine portfolio strategy and performance
- Lead thought leadership initiatives including KOL engagement, webinars, and conference strategy across multiple healthcare audiences
- Use AI tools to accelerate content development, insight synthesis, and recurring workflows while maintaining strategic oversight
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years product management or portfolio marketing strategy experience
- Diagnostics or healthcare sector background preferred
- Proficiency configuring and prompting AI tools for marketing workflows
- Ability to synthesize scientific, competitive, and customer intelligence into strategy
- Experience creating sales enablement materials and clinical narratives
- Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration with product, science, and sales teams
