NEW Full Time | Part Time $15.00 - $28.00/hr* Part time Full time Shift may start between 4:00am - 7:00am Shift may start between 7:00am - 9:00am Role summary Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction. For complete job duties and requirements, see the Job Description. What you’ll do Online orderfillers and delivery associates shop for customers and choose the right items for each order. The position is fast paced, working across all departments to shop and fill orders, dispense them to customers, and engage them in conversation throughout the dispensing process. Pacing can be intense, especially evenings, weekends, and during holiday seasons. Times may also require juggling online order fulfillment with in-store customer assistance.
