Switch is seeking a Telecom Network Operations Center Technician I to provide front-line operational support for CORE-driven services and incident response. You’ll be the primary contact for CORE requests, coordinating with carriers and internal teams to restore service, following defined procedures in a 24/7 environment. You’ll document actions, manage tickets, and communicate clearly with customers during incidents. #J-18808-Ljbffr Switch
