Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service in person, on the phone, through email and other communication channels.
• Help customers update and make policy changes as needed.
• Assist with customer retention strategies.
• Assist sales team with scheduling appointments.
• Help customers file claims and follow-up as needed.

Requirements:

• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. Compensation: $38,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
