Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Outpatient experience required
• Physical Therapist experience required
• Active Michigan PT license required
• Active American Heart Association BLS required

Assignment Details

• Flexible schedule with option to work 5x8s or 4x10s
• Hours of operation: Monday through Thursday 7am - 6pm, Friday 7am - 2pm
• No weekend requirement
