New Orleans Mortgage Branch Leader & Top Producer

PRMI in New Orleans, LA is seeking a Producing Branch Manager for Mortgage (Loan Officer to Leader). This on-site role will allow a top-producing Loan Officer to scale into a branch leadership position while continuing to originate loans.
You will recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, shaping the branch culture and P&L, with a compensation model that blends base salary with commissions and a potential sign-on bonus.
