Job Title: IT Project Manager

Location: Hybrid- must be local to Topeka, Kansas

Pay Range: $32.90-$37.84/hr


Contract-to-hire

What's the Job

• Lead cross-functional project teams and stakeholders in the development, planning, and execution of IT projects of varying complexity.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, milestones, resource requirements, and budgets.
• Coordinate with technical teams and vendors to ensure project success and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Monitor project progress, manage changes, and report metrics to leadership to ensure timely delivery.

What's Needed?

• Completion of a technical school program in information technology or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, and Monday.com.
