Your Responsibilities

• Deliver thorough, ongoing care to individuals and families at every stage-from children to the elderly.
• Address management of chronic illnesses, preventive healthcare, acute health issues, and mental wellness through a patient-focused strategy.
• Carry out physical examinations, analyze test results, and design tailored treatment plans.
• Work closely with care coordinators, mental health specialists, and other professionals to ensure integrated patient care.

• Maintain accurate patient records using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

Education Essentials

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Licenses and Certifications

• Board Certified in Family Medicine.
• Eligibility for (or current possession of) an active Tennessee medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
