Job Title Physical Therapist Location Missouri Schedule / Job Type Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week within a 7:00 AM–5:30 PM window Key Responsibilities Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, goals, and physician direction Complete medical record documentation in a clear, concise, accurate, and timely manner, including goal writing, functional quality indicator assessments, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state, federal, and intermediary guidelines Delegate and direct all discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring design of functional treatment programs that support effective return to community activities Participate in student programs as assigned, providing appropriate supervision, developing learning objectives, and completing student evaluations Adhere to discipline-specific State Practice Act and all applicable regulatory requirements; maintain professional licensure in good standing and fulfill all state-mandated continuing education requirements Support organizational performance improvement initiatives and contribute feedback through staff meetings, focus groups, or direct supervision channels Required Qualifications Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist licensure in the state of Missouri Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist (new graduates will not be considered) Experience in an outpatient therapy setting Ability to complete thorough clinical documentation in compliance with state, federal, and payer guidelines Demonstrated knowledge of safe patient handling and workplace safety practices Preferred Experience / Skills Experience participating in or supervising clinical student programs Active involvement in professional development activities, continuing education, or professional organizations Why Join Us Opportunity to work in a structured outpatient environment with a consistent Monday–Friday daytime schedule Engage in a setting that prioritizes patient safety, professional growth, and a collaborative team culture Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 770813.
