Ivy Rehab is actively hiring licensed Physical Therapists across three convenient Shenandoah Valley locations-- Harrisonburg and Staunton, VA. These are full outpatient orthopedic roles with real mentorship, real schedule flexibility, and team culture that people actually stay for. At Ivy Rehab, PTs have opportunities for mentorship, residency education, specialty programs, leadership, non-clinical roles, and future clinic ownership. Compensation:

• $83,000 to $105,000/year (based on location, experience, certs, etc.)
• If taking advantage of our clinician bonus plan, you can earn up to an additional $1,192.31 per paycheck ($31,000 annually).
• Welcome bonuses or student loan repayment offered for certain opportunities (up to $10K)

• Licensed (or pending licensure) Physical Therapist
