Duties

Executes responsibilities demonstrating leadership, advanced clinical judgment, and innovative approaches to managing complex patient care.

Provides performance and leadership broad enough to improve care for a defined group of patients.

Responsible for documented outcomes at the program or service level, ensuring measurable impact.

Develops, manages, and evaluates programs consisting of substantial, coordinated activities affecting patients and/or employees.

Achieves broad and complex outcomes that may be demonstrated at the facility, VISN, or VACO level.

Pay: Competitive salary, regular salary increases, potential for performance awards
