New Grad Bonus is $7500 About the unit: The Behavioral Health Unit (BHU) at Sentara Obici Hospital is a licensed 20 beds unit. We see dual diagnosis behavioral health patients to include but not limited to: Bi-polar, schizophrenia, major depression and substance abuse. We are a low to moderate acuity locked unit. For several years we have had the highest customer service scores within behavioral health of Sentara as well as high employee engagement scores. The nurses work with a full interdisciplinary behavioral health team to include mental health techs, LPNs, Behavioral Health Therapist, Recreational Therapist, Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatrist.
