Industrial Maintenance Technician IV - 2nd Shift

Shift 2nd shift: 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm, Monday – Friday Responsibilities Utilize preventive maintenance (PM) as the proactive means of controlling machine up/down time. Organize and document log‑out/tag‑out procedures. Manage the oil analysis program for all required equipment. Apply extensive knowledge of how machinery, equipment, and tools operate. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment, including three‑phase motors (linear, servo, AC induction, DC). Interpret blueprints, schematics, and electronic components to troubleshoot HPMP equipment. Use ladder diagrams to troubleshoot PLC controls and robotic controls. Maintain the importance of accurate and timely PM tasks. Participate in the installation of new manufacturing equipment. Knowledge & Skills Fundamental understanding of how machinery, equipment, and tools work. Electrical principles of three‑phase motors and related diagnostics for CNC machines, welding machines, overhead cranes, compressor systems, etc. Electronic principles and ability to interpret blueprints and schematics for CNC machines, welding machines, cranes, compressors, and HPMP equipment. Proficiency in ladder‑diagram troubleshooting and PLC control diagnostics for CNC machines. Experience with preventive maintenance programs and the significance of accurate, timely PM tasks. Installation knowledge of new manufacturing equipment. Qualifications Industrial Maintenance degree or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school, or six years of related experience, or a combination of education and experience. Compensation Pay Range: $26.40/hr – $32.90/hr.
