Then you may be our perfect hero!Primary ResponsibilitiesProvide the planning, budgeting, goals, objectives, and development of the Marketing, Production, Construction, and Office TeamsLead a team of managers as they respond to and manage restoration and construction projectsEnsure clear two-way communication with owner, managers, team members, property owners, and clientsEnsure customer and client satisfactionOversee all project estimating, job costing, and quality control for jobsites and filesEnsure job processes and procedures are followed, including safety training and guidelinesOversee and assist with human resources and training functions, including recruiting, hiring, training, and development of managers and staff, as necessaryAbility to manage and monitor multiple operational divisions (managers and staff)Position RequirementsEffective written and oral communicationIntermediate math skills5+ years management experience, restoration industry experience a plusExcellent leadership skillsProficient computer skillsKnowledgeable at job costing, and quality controlAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawPay RateCompetitive salary based on experience.
