This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager - Compliance based in United States. This role is responsible for strengthening compliance practices across a complex, global organization operating in a highly regulated industry. The Compliance Manager will provide strategic guidance to business leaders, external partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure operations align with applicable laws, industry standards, and company policies. This position will lead compliance program initiatives, including risk assessments, training, audits, investigations, and policy development. The role requires a proactive professional who can translate regulatory requirements into practical business solutions while managing sensitive compliance matters. Working across multiple teams, this position will influence decision-making, improve operational controls, and support responsible business practices. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, brings strong judgment, and can drive meaningful compliance improvements with autonomy and impact. Accountabilities: The Compliance Manager will oversee the development, execution, and continuous improvement of compliance initiatives across the region. This role will partner with business teams and external stakeholders to identify risks, implement controls, and promote ethical business practices through effective policies, training, and guidance. Provide strategic compliance guidance to business leaders, regional teams, and external partners regarding regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies. Lead the regional compliance program, including risk assessments, policy implementation, monitoring activities, investigations, and remediation efforts. Develop, update, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, guidance documents, and operational controls. Design and deliver compliance training programs, communications, and educational materials while tracking completion and effectiveness. Support audits, monitoring activities, and investigations by analyzing risks, identifying improvement opportunities, and helping implement corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business processes, strengthen internal controls, and improve compliance practices. Provide guidance on healthcare compliance regulations, including anti-kickback requirements, fraud prevention standards, and industry codes. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across different functions and levels while influencing decisions without direct authority. Support global compliance initiatives and contribute to strategic projects that improve organizational risk management. Travel periodically to support business needs, stakeholder engagement, and compliance activities. Requirements: The ideal candidate is an experienced compliance professional with strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, risk management, and business operations within highly regulated environments. This individual should combine analytical expertise with strong communication skills and the ability to influence teams at all levels. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or professional certification such as CCEP, CPA, or CIA is strongly preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in compliance, legal, risk management, internal audit, or a related field. Experience working within healthcare, life sciences, medical devices, biotechnology, or similarly regulated industries preferred. Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare compliance regulations, including the Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, Stark Law, FCPA, and industry codes such as AdvaMed. Experience developing and implementing compliance programs, policies, procedures, and internal controls. Knowledge of risk assessments, auditing, monitoring practices, and compliance investigations. Ability to interpret complex regulations and translate requirements into practical business solutions. Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders without formal authority. Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organizational and prioritization abilities with experience managing multiple projects and deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, MS Project, and Visio.
