Trading Systems Engineer (Python)

Overview We’re hiring a Trading Systems Engineer to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of mission-critical trading systems. This role combines strong software engineering in Python with deep expertise in containerization and Kubernetes, supporting low-latency, high-availability production environments. Responsibilities Build and maintain reliability tooling and automation in Python Operate and scale containerized platforms using Kubernetes in production Improve system observability, monitoring, and incident response practices Partner with developers, traders, and infrastructure teams to improve resilience and performance Qualifications Strong Python development skills with a software-engineering mindset Hands-on experience operating Kubernetes and containerized workloads at scale Solid Linux fundamentals and understanding of distributed systems Nice to have Experience supporting trading or other latency-sensitive systems Familiarity with cloud and on-prem hybrid environments Exposure to CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, or performance tuning #J-18808-Ljbffr Fintal Partners
