In-Home Caregiver

Job Summary:

As an In-Home Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare Of The West Valley, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. As a vital part of our caregiving team, you will provide compassionate and personalized care to individuals in their own homes. Our goal is to empower our clients to live fully and independently, and we're seeking caring and dedicated individuals like you to help us achieve this.

Responsibilities:

• Provide non-medical care and support to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry as needed

• Escort clients to appointments and social events

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

• Maintain accurate records of client care and communicate effectively with team members and family members

• Demonstrate a commitment to maintaining the highest level of quality care and service to our clients

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (may be required for certain clients)

• Ability to pass a background check and TB test
