Clinical Supervisor

Pay Range $35- $40 Requirements Master’s degree LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist), or LSAT Experience with substance use disorders Experience with opioid treatment preferred Ability to supervise licensed eligible employees preferred Responsibilities Assesses and develops overall clinical services. Oversees counseling department staffing. Provides in‑service training to clinical staff on a regularly scheduled basis. Monitors clinical records regularly for quality and compliance with State, Federal, and any grant/funding source regulations. Conducts mock inspections. Responsible for maintaining CSAC accreditation status for all clinical aspects of care. Manages a caseload and fills in for absent counselors as needed.
